We travel to Westlands, Karen, Kilimani, Kasarani, Ruaka, Syokimau, and beyond. Transport charges apply and are quoted before confirmation.

House calls require advance booking and a confirmed 50% deposit. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for events and weddings.

Booking Policy

  • Booking confirmed only after deposit received
  • Time slots not held without payment
  • Notify us 30 minutes before if running late
  • Arrive with moisturised skin, no heavy base

Payment Policy

  • 50% deposit required at booking
  • Balance — including any late fees — settled on day of service

Cancellation Policy

  • Same-day cancellations forfeit deposit
  • One reschedule allowed with prior notice
  • No-shows lose the full deposit

Client Lateness Policy

  • 15-minute grace period from appointment time
  • 16–30 min late: KES 500 added to final balance
  • 31–60 min late: KES 1,000 added to final balance
  • Over 60 min late: appointment cancelled, new deposit required
  • No-show after 30 min: deposit forfeited, travel costs remain payable
  • Group bookings: one client's delay may affect all — service times adjusted fairly

Artist Lateness Policy

  • 15–30 min late: KES 500 deducted from service fee
  • 31–60 min late: KES 1,000 deducted from service fee
  • Over 60 min late: appointment rescheduled at no extra cost
  • Client may cancel and receive a full refund if artist is over 60 min late
  • Full service duration maintained regardless of artist lateness

House Call Policy

  • Exact location required before confirmation
  • Transport at Uber ChapChap rates, covered by client
  • Transport quoted on WhatsApp before payment
  • Artist waits up to 30 min after arrival
  • Waiting fee: KES 500 per additional 30 min if client not ready
  • Good lighting and flat setup surface required

Group & Wedding Policy

  • One designated point of contact per group
  • One invoice per group or event
  • One payment channel per event
  • Bridesmaids confirmed and booked together
  • Delays by one member may affect the full group schedule
